Choose a Pickup Location That Works for Your Participants

Choose a distribution point based on those participants. A school, church, or regular meeting place may work well if you have permission to use it. Consider whether pickup can fit around an existing activity, and check parking and access before announcing the arrangements.

Confirm your delivery address, available dates, and minimum order with R&K before taking orders. Delivery minimums vary based on distance from the Palmyra kitchen.

For traditional sales, allow about two to three weeks for selling and submit the final order at least seven days before delivery. An earlier deadline for your sellers gives the coordinator time to check forms and follow up on missing information.

Make Delivery Day Easy to Follow
