Prefer to manage the sale online? The fully online option lets supporters place orders and pay by credit or debit card. Transactions are tracked together, orders are submitted automatically, and R&K sends the profit check to your group.

Coordinate Delivery With Your Group’s Calendar

Before announcing your sale, contact R&K to confirm your proposed delivery location and date. Whether your group meets in Camp Hill, New Cumberland, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, or Newville, a familiar gathering place can make pickup easier.

Consider scheduling pickup around an existing meeting or practice, provided the location is available and you have permission. Check for school events, games, and other activities that could compete for parking or volunteers.

For traditional sales, R&K recommends about two to three weeks of selling, with the final order submitted at least seven days before delivery. Give your sellers an earlier internal deadline so you have time to review their submissions.

On delivery day, the sandwiches arrive in refrigerated trucks, sorted and boxed by salesperson. Have volunteers ready to hand out orders, communicate the pickup window in advance, and arrange refrigeration for anything awaiting collection.
